07/09/09 We are
happy to report that our network is currently stable and
running without issue, if you encounter a problem, feel
free to notify technical support and they will take the
necessary action to resolve it.
28/11/08 At approximate
2:30PM EST we lost a couple of UPS's because of a power
surge from the electricians working on the new power build
out that is currently going on. We are working on replacing
the UPS's at this time. The approximate time of getting
everything back to normal is 3:45PM - 4:00Pm EST. Be sure
we are working on getting everything back up ASAP. Very
sorry for the inconvenience.
14/05/07 We need to perform
network maintenance tonight on one of our routers. This
will take place at 12 midnight tonight est. downtime are
kept to a minimum of 10 minutes. Only some customers will
see about 3-5 minutes of high latency or loss of connectivity.
